I'm a student graphic designer, photographer, and multimedia artist — but really, I'm an aspiring jack-of-all-trades. My love for art and design started in high school doing layout and photography for my yearbook, which led me to pursue a BFA in Graphic Design with a minor in Photography at Oregon State University. Along the way I've come to believe that a lot of problems — creative and otherwise — can be solved by simply being willing to learn something new yourself. That philosophy shapes how I approach every project.

Outside of my academics, I work as a professional caregiver and spend my summers as a wildland firefighter. I like to stay active running, climbing, camping, and the occasional surf — and I just finished my first marathon. My other hobbies include stained glass, ceramics, fiber arts, and when I am able, I enjoy working with my chainsaw.

I grew up in Minnesota and moved to Oregon for school, bringing a deep love of americana, folk aesthetics, and the visual warmth of rural midwest culture with me. People and community have always been a priority in my life, and I try to show that in my work — I'm drawn to design that feels nostalgic, referential, and alive with color and texture. I'm always looking to keep making, keep learning, and keep getting better.
